Returns & Exchanges
We're sorry if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving of items in new condition.
- Please contact Customer Service at email@example.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the specific reason. (We recommend that you take pictures of the clothes you are not satisfied with, which will help us quickly understand the reason for your dissatisfaction.)
- After receiving return instructions from us, please pack up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
- Drop off your package at the local post office.
- Most returns and refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
- You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Please note that we can not process refund for the size that is not suitable. To avoid returns and exchanges due to improper size, we recommend that you read the size charts of each of our products carefully before placing an order. If you are not sure which to choose, please send your body size measurement data to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our expert will provide you advice.
- Please note that we could not accept return and refund request due to the fabric. Please read the product description detailedly before placing the order. If you are not sure about the fabric, please e-mail email@example.com and our expert will demonstrate to you.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry and underwear.
- If the defect of the product do not influence the wearing experience, we recommend you keep the product. Our customer service will offer a compensation to you based on the condition of the defect.
- Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
- Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the returns of non-THEGUYWAY products .
1. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
2. If the return is caused by the customers, customers should be responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the courier company you choose.

Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
